When I bought my first camera I had not intended to become a photographer!

My objective was to learn enough to take decent family photos.

I had not expected to become addicted to creating images and to the learning curve of improving my understanding and ability.

So my transition into a people photographer was a way to extend my desire for taking family photos by borrowing other people’s families!!

And I have had a great time with people photography. However, over the last few years we have all seen a few changes and I feel the time is right for me to move into other areas of photography.

So, although I can still be enticed into a new born or baby session and maybe an occasional family photoshoot, my focus is now on exploring other genres of photographic creativity.

With the help and support of a fabulous group of photography friends I will be delving into a variety of photographic specialities and using this website and my IG & FB accounts to show the results.

Again with a group of super talented photography friends,  I hope to exhibit my work from time to time. Watch this space.

I’m not sure yet what I might discover. I just hope it is as captivating and enjoyable as people photography has been.
